Have you ever noticed two blue ticks on WhatsApp ?

The post man now provides you the delivery report to home when receipt has read your message or not. Popular messaging app WhatsApp is now come up with new feature called blue tick mark. Before this feature when you send a message to others you would normally getting a grey double tick mark. It doesn’t mean that receipt has read your but it indicates that message has been reached to device.
When you see two blue tick marks next to your message then it mean that the recipient has read your message individually. In broadcast message or a group chat, the check marks will turn blue when every participant of the group has read your message.

WhatsApp added another option in new updated version that is message info.Whenever you send message, you can be able to see a Message Info screen, which displays the details of when your message was read, delivered or played by the recipient(s).

To see the Message Info screen:
1) Open a chat with a contact or a group.
2) Tap and hold on your sent message.
3) Tap
 .
Or Normally,
1) Highlight your sent message.
2) Go to Options > Message > Info.

Group messages :
When comes to group message you can check who all read your message on group. Take same procedure as said above, stand on your group message and go to option > Message > info and you can see 'Read by' with two blue tick with some member(or all) this means that recipient has read your message and some them(or all) are ticked with grey double tick it means they have not read your message on group.

The Message Info screen provides you  information about:
Delivered : when your media is delivered to your recipient's phone, but the recipient has not yet seen it.

Read or Seen : when the recipient has read your message or seen your picture, audio file, or video. For a Voice Message, the recipient has seen but has not yet played it.

Played : when the recipient has played your Voice Message.
Please note that when a participant leaves a group, the Message Info screen will still show the original information with all participants, including the participant who left the group.

If you do not see two blue tick marks next to your sent message then,
1) The recipient may not have opened your message or conversation.
2) The recipient may be using an out-dated version of WhatsApp.
3) You or the recipient may be experiencing connection issues.
